Art In The Rail Yard

Every day hundreds of railroad cars travel through Kingsport carrying a variety of goods across the country. But, did you know they are carrying something else...art!  The boxcar is a favorite canvas for many unconventional artists. From gang related slogans to cartoon style caricatures, they show amazing creativity in their work. It's a body of work most of us would never see so we have prepared a presentation of the artwork found in Kingsport's rail yard recently. Click here to see slideshow.
